Our client is well established prestegeous company who have been trading over a hundred years and they are offering an exceptional opportunity for a Trade Execution Coordinator to join their team in Liverpool.
The main responsibilities will include:
• Collation, production and presentation/negotiation of documents on CAD or Letter of Credit basis to Banks, Agents and Buyers, including front and back end L/C risk mitigation, administration and control.
• Issuance of shipping instructions to suppliers and checking and processing of shipping company/transporters invoices. • Monitoring and communicating vessel ETDs/ETAs along with all post shipment details to Buyers and Agents. Issuance of shipping instructions to suppliers and shipping companies/forwarders, and checking and processing of shipping company/transporters invoices. • Truck transport management/coordination and buyer liaison, principally in Africa. • External & internal stock reconciliation and policy compliance. Claims and payments, including Political risk insurance policy administration and premium payment, warehouse administration, sourcing, approval and monitoring • Negotiation and management of controlling company job allocations, and rates. • There may be opportunities for short/long term assignments or projects abroad
Our ideal candidate would have:
• Experience in Incoterms 2010
• Documentary credit & supply chain experience, preferably including, but not limited to UCP 600 document negotiation - all practically applied • Flexibility in terms of hours and responsibilities to meet the demands of the business
