My client one of the market leaders in Education Recruitment is looking for a Branch Manager for their Liverpool office. My client will consider Senior Education Consultants who are looking for their next move
o manage, lead and develop a branch based sales team in the delivery of Branch Operating Profit (BOP) in line with Profit Plan and growth on LY expectations.
To drive new client sales (branch and individual desk) and customer retention and increase supply staff utilisation.
To coach and manage consultants to help them maximise weekly margin delivery through units sold and individual margin management for each booking on a client and candidate side.
To coach and manage consultants to help maximise perm margin opportunities through proactive candidate and client management.
Overall responsibility for ensuring company policies and procedures are adhered to.
To establish local branch as “The Local Education Specialist”, promote a sense of team that identifies with my clients brand and demonstrate the company values and personality expectations in every interaction with colleagues, candidates and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead sales activities, drive performance, increase market share and growth over previous year
Monitor branch performance including weekly KPIs and accurate reporting of figures
Responsible for Branch P&L including gross profit / overhead control / operating profit
Oversee all sales activity coaching consultants on a regular basis, completing observational notes and identify further training / coaching needs
Attend Sales / Service visits with consultants inline with agreed KPIs
Write and agree follow up action plans with consultants including individual client proposals
Monitor and control advertising content / spend and ensure sufficient candidate flow
Maintain competitive awareness and conduct market analysis to identify opportunities for business development and generate leads
Canvass Calls
Fill bookings / jobs and conduct interviews
Quarterly and Annual analysis of client spend and Review of margin in line with company and individual target
Management of branch and individual performance in line with target KPIs set
Develop effective business and corresponding action plans, set quarterly aims, targets and objectives
Weekly forecasting and analysis of branch
