Our client is part of a multi-national US owned, Fortune 200 company. They develop, manufacture and market technically advanced lubricants to industries worldwide. Their success is based on building first class relationships with their customers, by providing a complete solution to their needs, delivered via superior technical sales and after sales support.
Due to their continued success, they now have a requirement for an Industrial Lubricants Service Engineer to join them to be based around the Liverpool area.
This is a varied role which will require the successful candidate to undertake lubrication service visits of both existing and potential new customers and carry out lubrication tasks such as piping out grease nipples and lubricating in line with pre-prepared schedules. Working closely with Sales Engineers, you will act as the ambassador for the company and advise customers on ‘best practice’ lubrication practices and techniques, prepare service reports and case histories to demonstrate the benefits that you have provided to your customers.
They now seek a qualified engineer with proven industrial experience who wants to make a genuine career move into a business that is committed to the long term training and development of its people. Site servicing experience is useful, but not essential however you will need to demonstrate strong personal discipline and be able to work on own initiative. With basic IT skills, you will be dynamic, tenacious, resourceful, and support this with the charismatic, outgoing personality.
Candidates are required to be flexible to cover holidays / sickness of other service engineers (this may include overnight stays if necessary) and to attend company meetings in Leeds every 3 months.
