LIVERPOOL, NORTH WEST EDITORIAL REVIEW AGENTS Salary £13.240.00 gross per annum Plus non contributory pension, life assurance and discounted books, cars, CDs and other high street products and services (Full time positions available, 40 hours per week, to work between the hours of 8 am and 6 pm, Monday to Sunday) arvato services is a well established and leading outsourcing contact centre located in the heart of the City of Liverpool by the Pier Head, undertaking work on behalf of a broad range of major name clients. We are currently seeking a number of Editorial Review Agents to work within the editorial team currently within our Liverpool contact centre. This is not a telephone based role but involves reviewing the quality and accuracy of the copy submitted by advertisers for online marketing. The successful candidates must have; • Knowledge of internet search engines and the role of ‘keywords’ • Competent and accurate keyboard skills • Experience with computer applications • Excellent written English communication skills • Excellent reading comprehension skills • An eye for detail • Ability to cope with large volumes of work to deadlines • Team working commitment • Patience • Ability to work well under pressure within a high paced environment. • A genuine commitment to delivery of an excellent service to the customer All of these competencies will be tested at assessment stage. (Previous experience of working within a customer services environment or of editorial review work is not essential as full training will be given).
