All consultants have access and we find it as easy to use as our own website! The site overall is great for candidates to use and with the new advert being shown on our local TV station Granada increasing candidate attraction and flow. Lee and the My Liverpool team have assisted us greatly in beginning use of the service - putting many jobs live on the site on our behalf, cutting time and effort for consultants. We have found the response to be excellent and the calibre of candidates coming through are better than some of the larger UK websites. This is due to the candidates being local, available and having relevant experience for the positions we are recruiting for in the area. Often on the larger sites we get candidates who are not in the area and even the country!! This makes it difficult for us to place candidates quickly due to relocation times. The customer service we have received so far has exceeded our expectations with the My Liverpool team going further than we expected make our lives as easy as possible. We have not received a service like this from any of the other UK sites - one of the better known ones will not even unlock our access ID's when they get locked in!!
