As a Senior Site Engineer you will have the normal responsibility of Setting out (marking the positions of structures) and levelling the site; Surveying the site; Checking drawing and quantities and ensuring that the calculations are accurate for the work; Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant for use in the construction, and agreeing prices for items; Planning the work and efficiently organising the plant and site facilities in order to meet an agreed programme of deadlines; Liaising with any consultants and/or sub contractors engaged in the project. Attending regular meetings with clients, architects &amp;amp; consultants and keeping them informed of progress Supervising and monitoring the site labour force and monitoring the work of any subcontractors. Overseeing quality control &amp;amp; safety matters on the site, and ensuring that regulations are adhered to: Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise .Perform a technical organisational and supervisory role on construction and other site engineering projects. Also work as part of the site management team. Therefore they share responsibility for site security, health and safety and the organisation and supervision of material and human resources.

Basic salary will generally be upto &amp;amp;#163;45,000 per annum + Company Car Allowance, Pension, Healthcare, Bonus scheme, mobile phone and laptop.

Tender Administration - during tender period 
Arranging for copies of tender documents, arranging for PQS and ensuring PQS provides electronic version, check bills of quantities have been successfully transferred into C21, attending review, subcontract, adjudication and handover meetings, making arrangements for delivery of tender, obtaining feedback within 24 hours of submittal, etc. 
Pricing

            <description>&lt;![CDATA[My client a national construction company based in Lancashire is looking to recruit a Senior Site Manager to work around the North West on commercial and Retail projects up to &amp;amp;#163;10million.

As a Senior Site Engineer you will have the normal responsibility of Setting out (marking the positions of structures) and levelling the site; Surveying the site; Checking drawing and quantities and ensuring that the calculations are accurate for the work; Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials and plant for use in the construction, and agreeing prices for items; Planning the work and efficiently organising the plant and site facilities in order to meet an agreed programme of deadlines; Liaising with any consultants and/or sub contractors engaged in the project. Attending regular meetings with clients, architects &amp;amp; consultants and keeping them informed of progress Supervising and monitoring the site labour force and monitoring the work of any subcontractors. Overseeing quality control &amp;amp; safety matters on the site, and ensuring that regulations are adhered to: Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties, and other problems that may arise .Perform a technical organisational and supervisory role on construction and other site engineering projects. Also work as part of the site management team. Therefore they share responsibility for site security, health and safety and the organisation and supervision of material and human resources.

Basic salary will generally be upto &amp;amp;#163;45,000 per annum + Company Car Allowance, Pension, Healthcare, Bonus scheme, mobile phone and laptop.
