My client is a leading training provider with over 50 offices throughout the UK and currently recruiting and experienced regional Internal Verifier.
You will be responsible to the Lead IV for managing the quality of the internal verification systems and procedures at centres in line with awarding body requirements. Help support the day to day activities of the centre within the region, including supporting staff performance, maximise regional achievements and delivery of contracts. Maintain and monitor up to 12 assessors to develop their skills and practises. advise and train where necessary in line with regional and centre requirements, including the delivery of A1 units to new trainer assessors.
Applicants must be occupationally competent in Retail, Warehousing , administration and Customer Services.
Produce and maintain sample/verification plan in line with company and awarding body standards. Manage/attend internal and external meetings, support EV visits to act as a link between assessors and EV, assist with the promotion of centres and business activities, implement and comply with equal & diversity and Health & Safety policies.
