Part time, permanent positions with a world-leading Company based in Wavertree, Liverpool.
Randstad Contact Centre Solutions are looking for experienced Telesales Advisors wanting to work part time.
All applicants will have sales experience (telesales B2C, B2B or door-to-door, not retail), be customer focused with a 'can do' attitude, be motivated by targets and financial success and be confident communicators.
Your role will be to contact existing customers to establish how they are finding the level of service, having a great conversation with them to build a rapport and establish their needs and discuss alternative or additional financial products available to them.This is an outbound sales role but you will be working with existing customers of a reputable Company, so you will not be cold-calling.
All applicants must be able to demonstrate the following skills:Effective Communication, Excellent Customer Service, ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, teamwork, ability to handle objections and build a rapport.
This is a permanent role working part time (15-18 hrs) Mon - Fri 5-8pm and Sat 9-2.30pm.£16,100 pro rata plus uncapped commission, so massive earning potential, in addition to other Company benefits, discounts and ad hoc prizes awarded in a sales environment.
