The Job - We are looking to recruit a number of Inbound Sales Advisors to work with a successful, professional organisation in Wavertree. My client has recently undergone expansion and is looking for candidates who have a history of working to sales targets, and who possess the ability to communicate effectively with customers. Your role will be to handle inbound calls from customers of the bank who are looking for some account information. You will then be asking questions and analysing the customer s account in order to up-sell and cross sell suitable products.
The suitable person - To be considered for this role, you must have worked to sales targets before. This can include call centre experience, door to door sales roles and highly targeted sales jobs such as travel sales. Candidates with experience in retail unfortunately cannot be considered for the role.You should have the ability to work in a team, a determined nature and the ability to explain what sales targets you have worked to.
The hours - The client is currently recruiting for shifts between the hours of 8am and 6pm, and some Saturdays.The benefitsStarting salary for the role is £16,100, plus a monthly bonus, which can increase your annual salary to around £24,000. You will receive 24 days holiday, use of a subsidised canteen plus entry to a pension scheme after 12 months.
