A prestigious city centre hotel are currently looking for an accounts assistant. Following a recent renovation and internal restructure, this is a newly created post.
The duties include assisting with the maintenance of the sales and purchase ledger, processing high volumes of invoices, preparing ad hoc financial reports such as profit and loss and assisting with the preparation of monthly payroll.
Working closely with the Financial Controller, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to build on existing experience and develop long term career opportunities.
Experience of working within a hospitality / hotel environment is preferred but not essential. However, the successful candidate will be required to show to successful track record in a similar varied accounting role.
