    My client are looking for a new Administrator to work within their offices just based outside of the city centre. This is on a temp to perm basis and will suit someone who loves to be busy and wants to succeed.

    My client are looking for someone who is calm under pressure, can easily handle queries, has excellent communication skills and is easily adaptable to changing situations.

    Duties will include booking appointments for five surveyors on a daily basis up and down the country. Liaising with various companies to arrange suitable times and dates for these appointments. Dealing with any problems the surveyors may have on site or on the move.

    You will also be responsible for dealing with any administration duties within the office such as filing of records, scanning, printing, faxing, photocopying and assisting management with any extra duties that may arise.

    This role is suitable for a hard working individual who is available for long term temp and then a possible option to go permanent.

    Hours of work are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch and the pay is £7.00 per hour with £15k - £16k pa on the perm side.

    Unfortunately only candidates with the relevant experience will be considered.
