This is a great opportunity for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to work in the South Liverpool area. This role is an ongoing temp role and will run until the end of November 2008.
My client are a great employer and there is an excellent chance the role may go perm if suited.
They are looking for a front of house receptionist for their office based in Woolton and duties will include:
Meet and greet
Managing busy switchboard
Liaising with contractors and sub contractors
Stationery ordering
Booking communal meeting rooms
Arranging refreshments for meetings
They are looking for a friendly, outgoing person with relevant experience within a reception role to be the face of the company.
Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm with 1 hour for lunch and they are looking to pay £7.00 per hour.
