We have a new exciting role within the Liverpool area, based in a large organisation. We are currently looking for a graduate with a strong administration background who is seeking for a career within planning. Working within the administration team you will be responsible for :
· planning and implementing of multi-lingual labelling
· updating all business operating manuals
· implement new procedures and solutions within the team
· problem solving
· liaising with various departments on a daily basis
· maintaining various databases and excel spreadsheets
· general administration duties
To be successful in this role a strong administration background is required or previous experience of working in planning/manufacturing scheduling or graduate with excellent IT skills . The ability to use Microsoft Excel and Word at intermediate/advanced level is essential and Microsoft Assess would be advantage. You must have the ability not only to work as a team player but also using your own initiative, prioritising workload effectively working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
