This is a great opportunity for an experienced Secretary (preferably medical) to work for a Medical Practice in the Liverpool area on an ongoing temp contract with the possibility to go permeant.
You will be required to assist the GP's with any correspondence that needs to be typed, therefore, both audio and copy typing skills are required. You will be responsible also for arranging any external appointments that they may have.
Excellent administration skills are needed as part of the role is to maintain and update patient records on Excel and an in-house system (training provided). In addition to these duties you will be required to carry out any ad-hoc duties and provide extra support where needed.
My client is looking for someone who is outgoing, can work under pressure and has the ability to adapt to fast changing environments.
Hours of work are Wednesday to Friday working 18-25 hours.
