Job Purpose
The role will involve the identification, targeting and subsequent development of profitable new business relationships with large organizations. To succeed you will need to be capable of both developing and nurturing high level relationships with senior decision-makers, typically at director level, within organizations from a range of market sectors.
Key Accountabilities
· Identifying and developing relationships with a portfolio of strategic prospects, with high volume potential, from all relevant market sectors
· Structuring appropriate, compelling, mainly bespoke trade receivables solutions in order to the secure the business and ensure profit expectations are met
· Managing all the sales negotiations including business modelling, tender response management and face-to-face internal and external negotiation
· Manage the take-on process for clients as appropriate
· In conjunction with the client liaison team, ensure that client performance and value added expectations are exceeded
· The up-selling of other products to clients
· Representing the organisation professionally within the industry, including attendance at conferences, seminars and speaker engagements
· Generating leads under own initiative by developing 3rd party distribution relationships, contact networks and creative marketing campaigns
· Meet demanding new business targets whist managing profit expectations

· Experience of negotiating at board level within FTSE 350 organisations

· Capable of maintaining and growing relationships of strategic importance
· Working knowledge of the trade receivables management industry
