Managing a small team of switchboard operators, you will be responsible for ensuring that all calls are dealt with professionally and within set time scales.
Your duties will vary depending on business needs, however your core responsibilities will include:
- Managing a busy switchboard, taking external and internal calls
- Supervising a small, close knit team
- Monitoring call volumes and trends
- Ensuring that standard KPI's are met
- Coaching and monitoring team members
- Producing weekly call reports and analysis
- Team one to ones
- Booking meeting rooms and managing diaries
- Dealing with queries and complaints
- Implementing and monitoring internal processes
- General supervisory duties, monitoring sickness and holidays
- Ensuring high levels of customer service are consistently met
- General administration
