This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading financial organisation at their offices in Kirkby working in their Collections department.
You will be calling customers who have fallen behind with their credit card payments and using your customer service and negotiation skills, agree a mutually beneficial outcome for both parties.
For this role, you will need:
* Strong Customer Service background (collections experience not essential)
* Strong questioning technique
* Comfortable dealing with sometimes difficult and sensitive situations
* Empathetic but with a level of assertiveness and directness
* Ability to offer solutions and agree mutually beneficial payment plans
* Computer literate with good keyboard skills
The hours are on a rota basis including weekends therefore full flexibility will be required.
