A good opportunity to join a forward thinking and developing firm has arisen for somebody possessing a determination and dedication to succeed in a legal environment.
This is an attractive position offering excellent future opportunities to develop and progress, and will see you initially assisting with Pre Litigated RTA claims. You will be working within a small team of dynamic, friendly professionals and will enjoy joint-ownership of a large caseload consisting predominantly of fast track RTA claims.
You will be responsible for opening the claim, exploring quantum and liability, liaising with clients, drafting letters and negotiating settlements when necessary. You will on occasion also be involved with the issuing of proceedings, and therefore a technical understanding and experience would be highly advantageous.
This position would ideally suit a candidate already possessing a solid bank of experience within a similar environment, looking to take the next step in their legal career. Please note that this is not an entry level position and unfortunately, due tot he technical nature of this position, applications cannot be considered from a trainee perspective.
Salary is negotiable and training will be ongoing.
