Our client is looking to recruit a trainee Account Manager
The main purpose of the role will be to achieve profit growth through the effective management of new and existing customer accounts from sales through to delivery.
Main Responsibilities:
* Consistently grow revenue and achieve sales targets as set out in the Account Manager Development scheme.
* Maximise all revenue opportunities from existing customers by proactively pursuing undeveloped areas.
* Provide both internal and external customers with accurate and cost effective quotations.
* Ensure all relevant sales and purchase ledger invoice's are processed on time.
* Achieve and exceed all sales and productivity targets that are set.
* Provide a high level of internal and external customer care.
Experience:
* GCSE Maths and English
* Full manual driving license
* Previous experience of working within a proactive outbound sales role.
* Previously worked to targets and deadlines.
* At least 12 months in present role or 2 years in last 2 roles.
* PC Literate.
* Excellent organisational and communication skills.
