Are you both customer service and sales focused ?
Based in Liverpool, out client is looking for a customer sales advisor to handle inbound calls. You will be speaking with customers regarding their account. You will spot opportunities to cross sell and up sell to potential existing customer. You will need to have a proven sales track record.
In return, you will be rewarded with a basic salary between £16,100 plus the opportunity to increase your salary to £25k in bonus’s. You will need to be flexible as working hours vary.
