To work closely with the Facilities Maintenance team, taking phone calls and messages, ordering equipment, managing event files in line with EBMS, managing staff rotas in line with event requirements, manage deliveries, filing departmental finance requests and orders, manage staff allocations, audio typing, maintain Health and Safety regulations and undertake any necessary training, be of smart apperance and adopt a flexible approach to work and the team.
