Highly reputable and well established Wirral based law firm seek to recruit an experienced RTA clerk with experience of the litigation process.
Working closely with a barrister, you will assist in the management if RTA claims and issue proceedings. You will also be heavily involved with the litigation process, so familiarity of this is absolutely essential.
This will be a challenging and varied role, and ideally suit someone with ambition, motivation and a minimum of 6 months direct experience either managing, or assisting, on a litigated RTA caseload.
