Large Merseyside firm are seeking to recruit an experienced RTA Fee Earner with substantial supervisory experience to manage a medium sized team of legal professionals one of their highly successful Liverpool offices.
In addition to managing your own caseload of quality RTA claimant files, you will also be responsible for the ongoing training and development of your fee earning team. It is essential that you possesses a very high level of technical accuracy, coupled with solid team leading experience and excellent people management skills.
You will enjoy a high degree of autonomy and help set and meet realistic, motivational targets. In return, you will enjoy a very competitive basic salary plus fantastic bonus and benefits.
