Client:
Our client is a large Insurance and financial services organisation based near Southport in Merseyside.
Role:
A fantastic opportunity has been created for a Mortgage Manager to come on board.
You will be responsible for managing a team of up to 15 telephone sales staff and monitoring their performances daily, weekly and monthly.
You will be required to monitor performance, coach staff and offer guidance when they are not performing.
One to one coaching plays a big part in the role as well as appraisals and disciplinary procedures (when required)
Criteria
Individuals ideally will come from a Insurance or Financial Services Background, managerial experience IS ESSENTIAL.
