Fantastic opportunity for an experienced candidate to join a busy trading department on the Wirral.
Responsible for all administrative trading duties, the role requires various competencies, including excellent communication and numerical skills, the ability to work under pressure, strong analytical skills and the ability to manage a heavy workload.
Duties will include:
-Ordering products and monitoring stock levels for the region, recording all related data
- Order processing for 40 outlets
- Liasing and chasing suppliers, developing strong working relationships
- Managing data for special offers
- Arranging health and safety courses for staff
- Responding to customer complaints
- Ensuring all confidential data is secure
- Checking invoices before authorising supplier payments
- Training administrative assistants within the trading team
- Daily decision making for the north west region
