Quantity Surveyor, Liverpool, £42,000 + package.
Our client is the contracting arm of a successful Merseyside based developer. Formed in early 2007, the company has grown from strength to strength and has been awarded several key projects in Liverpool.
As a result, they now require a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to offer commercial support to the site teams on several new build apartment projects in Liverpool City Centre
The successful applicant will be degree qualified and will have gained considerable experience of working as a QS in a new build environment, preferably on projects with values in excess of £1 million. As the company grows, you will be responsible for developing and leading a team.
