Our client work within the new build and refurbishment sectors on projects up to £10m in value.
They are looking for a candidate with a grasp of construction processes and who has a thorough working knowledge of Microsoft project.
The role involves programming, planning and providing support to the Contracts Managers by liasing with architects, sub-contractors clients and the Project team to ensure that a steady flow of design information is maintained throughout a projects life span.
Candidates can be from a technical or supervisory background and this is an excellent opportunity to develop a new role within the business. There is a steady flow of work in the Liverpool area and the company has ambitious expansion plans in place in the Merseyside area.
