Customer Service and Sales Advisor
Working for a leading financial services organisation, and one of Liverpool's largest employers, you will be responsible for providing a professional and friendly service to all existing customers. You will deal with any inbound enquiry with a friendly and courteous telephone manner, and identify the opportunity to cross sell other financial products and services on a purely 'Sell to need' basis Must have a proven track record working within a targeted sales environment, previous call centre experience. You will be highly motivated when working to targets, most importantly, you will excel in building rapport with all customers.
In return, our client will offer you a highly competitive salary of £16,100 + Uncapped Commission.
