Exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Portfolio Manager to work in and around Liverpool.
You will ideally have a proven track record within the property sector and be experienced with lettings/servicing of properties. Ability to work in high powered sales environment, working to deadlines and targets.
Duties: Working with a portfolio of around 60 luxury appartments, advertising vacant units, dealing with all legal regulations in relation to the lettings of these units, all admin and support duties within a busy property office.
