Our client is a leading recruitment agency that specialise in a number of sectors, Education being one of them. They have created a strong name in the market offering cost effective solutions to schools and colleges.
They are looking for a recruitment manager ideally with education experience to lead an existing team of consultants. You will need to demonstrate evidence of developing a team, increasing revenue and meeting service level agreements.
Responsibilities will include
Maximising Branch gross margin and operating profit through management of all business and sales activity
Manage the attraction, recruitment and retention of suitable candidates to meet clients needs, whilst working to strict compliance.
Ensure client requirements are met by offering reliable and responsive service
Resourcing, managing, developing and motivating a stable and successful team
Set targets for consultants and ensure that they are meeting individual and team objectives
Manage the development of business through business planning, performance management and financial control.
