A new Customer Services Manager opportunity has arisen in the Chester area with a large outsourcing company.
The new position is working for a financial client, managing the mortgages and debts side of the business and is based in Chester.
The purpose of the role is to manage all aspects of the Chester operation to provide a high quality service that exceeds client expectations and maximises profitability.
The main responsibilities of this role will be to:
* manage the operational teams to meet current and future client needs and comply with he agreed MSA. Deliver against agreed SLA's and provide feedback on performance.
* Have a clear understanding of collections and be able to lead and direct
* Manage the forecasting and control of the departmental budget including revenue and costs using various financial reporting mechanisms.
*Maintain strong partnership approach with the client and attend meetings to ser and agree priorities and develop service.
* Ensure all processes comply with the standards specified by the FSA, in particular the Principles of Business, Systems and Controls and Codes of Conduct.
Suitable candidates must have solid Mortgage Lending background of 5 - 10 years, and 5 - 10 years debit experience.Salary for the role is from £32000 - £36000 and you will be required to work minimum 37 hours per week.
