Great opportunity for a well presented and professional receptionist ,to join a thriving company in the heart of Liverpool.
As first point of contact for all internal and external clients, you be be a true ambassador for the company, so you must possess excellent customer service skills. Duties will include:
- Operating a busy switchboard
- Meeting and greeting guests
- Issuing visitor passes and sorting post
- Taking high volume calls and dealing with a range of queries
- General administration, typing letters and reports
- Faxing, scanning and filing
This is a great, varied role for an experienced candidate. You must posses reception experience and a good knowledge of MS office.
