Great opportunity for a highly organised administrator, to work within a busy office in Liverpool. Working within a friendly team, you will take responsibility for a full range of admin duties, including the following:
Typing letters and inputting data
Answering the telephone
Meeting and greeting clients
Managing the database
Producing correspondence
Sorting and distributing post
Any other ad hoc duty
We are looking for an enthusiastic, well presented candidate who has a keen eye for detail and a good understanding of MS office. You should also possess a professional telephone manner and excellent organisation skills.
