Our highly regarded and prestigious client is looking to recruit Transactional Lawyers ideally with a minimum of 1 year’s PQE to join their high profile and friendly corporate team in Liverpool.
The ideal candidate will have gained their experience at one of the top City or regional practices. The caseload will comprise predominantly of M&A and to a lesser extent private and public equity work.
The successful candidate will benefit from superb training and a clear career development path.
