| Customer Service and Sales Advisor Working for a leading financial services organisation, and one of Liverpool's largest employers, you will be responsible for providing a professional and friendly service to all existing customers. You will deal with any inbound enquiry with a friendly and courteous telephone manner, and identify the opportunity to cross sell other financial products and services on a purely 'Sell to need' basis Must have a proven track record working within a targeted sales environment, previous call centre experience. You will be highly motivated when working to targets, most importantly, you will excel in building rapport with all customers.
