Help Desk Assistant
Out Precot based client is looking to recruit a Helpdesk Assistant
Duties will include:
§Take calls from customers and log onto database
§Assign tasks as appropriate
§Ensure customers kept up to date with developments
§Produce reports from helpdesk software
§Ensure customers contracted to ensure satisfaction
Candidates should have at least 3 years experience within the helpdesk environment and have excellent customer services.
