    We are looking for an experienced Team Leader who is looking for an an exciting new opportunity!The successful candidates will be working in a large, well known contact centre based in Stafford, Staffordshire. This large retail distribution company requires experienced team leaders to manage their call centre staff to a high standard.Your job role will include managing a team of 12 - 15 advisors who will be handling inbound calls from customers wishing to place orders from a catalogue. You will be responsible for ensuring that your team achieves their individual targets based around sales, customer service standards and wrap times .Suitable candidates must possess leadership skills in the areas of performance management, daily touch-downs, one to ones, staff appraisals and personal development plans. The client is looking for candidates who have managed a team in a call centre in a previous permanent position, with the ability to demonstrate their coaching and motivational skills at interview. Candidates who have had seconded experience as a Team Leader will not be considered for this position.It is important that you as a team manager are:· Interested in people and able to find ways of motivating individuals within a team.· Show a caring approach to all colleagues.· Able to listen effectively, ask exploring questions and find constructive, yet creative ways of helping people to increase performance and resolve issues and problems.· Able to chair meetings ensuring that all are involved.· Prepared to challenge people, processes and activities constructively in order to resolve problems for customers or colleagues.· Positive attitude towards people whilst not being afraid to tackle problems and issues.· Friendly, energetic with a can do attitude, a positive role model for colleagues and team members.· Understand key business measures and motivate the teams to achieve them.This is a full time position, where you will need to be available to work between the hours of 8.00am and 10.00 pm, Monday to Sunday.
