Randstad Contact Centre Solutions are specialists in the call centre industry.An exciting new vacancy has arisen with our market leading client in Bootle, Liverpool. The client is one of the main sponsors of the Liverpool Capital of Culture 2008, making this is a great time to start working with this organisation.This customer service role will involve handling inbound calls from both new and existing business customers and will require you to deal with problems and queries regarding the customer's business bank accounts. We are looking for candidates who have a minimum of six months experience in a call centre, excellent communication skills and an ability to deal with angry or difficult customers.All candidates must also be able to pass a credit check.The hours of work are between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, with 1 in 4 Saturdays required between 8am - 2pm .
