An established housing association based in Merseyside is looking for an Area Services Manager.
Duties will include:
Overseeing 8 Sheltered Housing Schemes
Managing 10 Scheme Managers
Staff training, reviews and rota management
Ensuring compliance of scheme for supported people contracts
Maximising rents and other income streams
Reviewing income and expenditure and monitoring budgets
Setting and reviewing service charge budgets
You must have previous experience of the above duties as well as a background working within sheltered housing and with the elderly. A good knowledge of Excel is desirable but not essential.
