We are currently recruiting an experienced Secretary for our Liverpool based client, a leading surveyors with prestigious office in the city centre.
Duties will include:
·Audio and copy typing of correspondence, mail merges, reports and emails
·Dealing with client telephone queries
·Formatting and binding of documents
·Distribution of all incoming post and processing outgoing post
·Filing of all hard copy correspondence and documentation
·Assist with production of invoices, covering letters and liaison with Finance department as appropriate
·Administration of expenses

The Ideal Candidate:
·Experience within property or surveyors
·Excellent organisation skills
·High standard of spelling and grammar
·Ability to prioritise and work under pressure
·Excellent team player
·Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
The hours of work will be 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. In return my client are offering a salary of £15,000 to £18,000 plus generous holidays and excellent benefits.
