We currently have opportunities in Birkenhead, Wavertree and Aintree for this client, who are a leading player within the Financial Services Industry.
The main purpose of the role is to manage an existing portfolio of customers and accounts within a designated area.
To identify potential bad debt, implement appropriate techniques to maximise the recovery of such debt using various methods including telephone calls, emails, letters and field visits ( therefore driving licence and own vehicle is essential ).
To at all times comply with the relevant legislations such as Data Protection Act, Consumer Credit Act and FSA regulations.
A hard work ethos, commitment and desire to succeed are all essential factors the successful applicant should posess together with strong communication skills, confidence, business awareness and experience of working to targets and deadlines.
