We currently have opportunities in Birkenhead, Wavertree and Aintree for this client, who are a leading player within the Financial Services Industry.
The main purpose of the role is to manage an existing portfolio of customers and accounts within a designated area.
To identify potential bad debt, implement appropriate techniques to maximise the recovery of such debt using various methods including telephone calls, emails, letters and field visits ( therefore driving licence and own vehicle is essential ).
To at all times comply with the relevant legislations such as Data Protection Act, Consumer Credit Act and FSA regulations.
