An outstanding opportunity to step into a well respected Housing Association based in the Merseyside area has arisen for an initial period of one month, with a view to extending beyond this period.
Applicants must have previous experience in a Housing Officer role and working knowledge of the Orchard system. A full UK driving license will also be essential for the role.
Duties will include:
- Handling anti-social behaviour, nuisance and resolving disputes between neighbours
- Managing and re-letting empty properties
- Dealing with tenancy sign ups, transfers, successions and viewings
- Dealing with rent arrears
- Liasing with housing benefits departments
- Managing a patch of around 350 properties
- Taking witness statements and preparing cases for court
