CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISERS – SOUTHPORT - £13,711 rising to 14k
This role is working for a progressive insurance company, in an inbound call centre environment. It will involve handling telephone enquiries, updating customer details and dealing with general enquires, from new & existing customers. Must have excellent customer service skills and lively minded to communicate daily with individual customers in an interested manner.
In return you will be offered a basic salary of £13,711 which is reviewed after 3 months. Whilst working on a shift pattern hours are between 8-4pm, 9-5:15pm, 10-6pm and 11-7pm.
