| Randstad Contact Centre Solutions are recruitment specialists in the Call Centre market and currently have a range of exciting vacancies. Our client is a successful financial Company based just outside Chester and is looking for candidates to join their already established Call Centre departments. Your role will be to take calls from existing customers with queries relating to their accounts or other products on offer. You will also be required to encourage customers to purchase other offers they are not currently taking advantage of, so a clear, professional tone and excellent customer service is essential. You will be trained on the products available but will require basic IT skills and an ability to work to targets in order to be successful in the role. This is a temp to perm role and a great incentive for people looking to progress within the Company, as many of our previous candidates have!
