| We are looking to recruit a Payroll/Human resources Administrator on behalf of one our prestige clients based in St Helens. **Job Fit** THE ROLE *Support the processing of the weekly warehouse payroll *To assist departmental managers on the interpretation of Company policies and procedures *Accurate inputting of data into payroll and HR MIS *Ensuring that accurate manual and computerised HR and Payroll records are kept and maintained *To prioritise work and ensure timely and accurate completion of all aspects of HR and payroll administration to a high standard, whilst adhering to company procedures *To build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers through effective communication *To provide a professional service to all employees, the public and external organisations *To ensure the timely investigation and resolution of HR and Payroll queries/issues *To contribute towards the improvement of processes/methods of operating practices within the department **COMPANY FIT** SKILLS *Experience of working in a similar role *Effective communication skills, both written and verbal. *Excellent PC and administration skills i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel *Has the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels with internal and external customers *Self motivated, organised and have the ability to prioritise workload BENEFITS This position is working the following hours - Mon 9-5 Tuesday - Friday 9am-3.15pm CONTACT Lee Booth lee.booth@uk.randstad.com |
