Job Description
The Regatta Group is the UK’s largest supplier of outdoor and leisure clothing. A family owned business, our success is built on our values of great relationships and entrepreneurial spirit. Due to continued growth we are opening a brand new Distribution Centre in Ellesmere Port. We are looking for a number of self motivated Stock Control Auditors to join our team and help us deliver a first class dispatch service to our UK and International customers.
The key purpose of the role is to ensure all stock control tasks are completed to a high standard in a timely manner.
Job Accountabilities:
- Accurately record results from rigorous stock counts and stock audits
- Input and analyse data to produce meaningful Management Information
- Investigate and take correcting actions on discrepancies to maintain integrity of systems and information
- Perform audits of all operational areas, to identify non-adherence to process
The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of stock control practices and posses the ability to adapt to changing environments.
Ideal Candidates will be able to demonstrate:
- Good organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Good communication skills and a good level of pc skills
- Initiative and an innovative approach to problem solving
- High levels of numeracy and literacy
A background in Logistics / FMCG and experience of working with Warehouse Management Systems such as AS400 would be an advantage
