Job Description
Trainer
GBP16,000 - 20,000
Role Purpose:
Design, facilitate, evaluate and validate training within the business in accordance with company processes, procedures and legislative guidelines under direction of the Training & Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
Design training sessions as required to meet business needs as per work allocated via Training & Development Manager
Work with the Training Team to solve specific training problems, either on a one-to-one basis or in groups
Facilitate training using Learning Styles Reports to ensure training meets the needs of each trainee
Review and amend all training documentation as and when required in accordance with procedural updates and legislative guidelines
Store and destruct where applicable all training documentation in accordance with ISO 27001 and Data Protection Act 1998
Create further Training Needs Analysis if an additional training need is identified.
Working as part of the Training Team to produce and facilitate training to relevant parties in an organisation all levels of the business.
Key Skills:
Contact Centre experience preferable
Experience of working within the realms of performance management.
Knowledge of the Data Protection Act and other relevant legislation
Effective verbal and written communications skills
