Nursing Home Manager RMN / RGN - Dementia - North WestI am currently recruiting for a Nursing Home Manager for a start up Dementia Nursing Home. The Salary for this role is up to £38,000 + Bonus + BenefitsThe ideal candidate must have proven experience in a similar role and be a registered general nurse or registered mental health nurse RGN / RMN. You will have gained your NVQ Level 4 leadership and management / RMA or other formal management qualification.The nursing home is due to open in a few months and my client is looking for someone to join to be a part of the start up process. So any experience of setting up new services from would be highly desirable.The role will involve day to day running of the home with managing the Nurses / support staff and ensuring the highest level of care possible.
