Job Description

A Concession Manager (Retail / Furniture Sales) is sought to join this designer bedroom, kitchen and home office fitted furniture company in Manchester.

The organisation has been established for nearly a century, and now has multiple locations around the UK. With a fantastic name for the quality of their product they are now growing even further and looking for a Concession Manager (Retail / Furniture Sales) for their concession-based store in Manchester.

Location: Manchester Salary: £7 per hour (40 hours per week) + commission (£5 for every confirmed appointment made for a Sales Designer to go to a customer’s home and a further £5 per successful sale) plus group pension

They are now looking for a Concession Manager (Retail / Furniture Sales) with a great personality to approach and attract potential customers in this store.

The ideal Concession Manager (Retail / Furniture Sales) will possess:

• €¢ Experience in Sales / Retail Sales, ideally in a management capacity as a Concession Manager / Retail manager or similar

• €¢ Fantastic people skills

• €¢ Great organisational skills

• €¢ The ability to manage others

To succeed in this role as a Concession Manager (Retail / Furniture Sales) you will be expected to:

• €¢ To inspire and convince customers

• €¢ To train, manage and motivate a small team of Sales Demonstrators

• €¢ Meet budgets and targets

The successful Concession Manager (Retail / Furniture Sales) can receive on-going training with monthly reviews and career progression.
