This expanding financial services business is looking for a strong leader to head up this new team and drive these business critical actions throughout the business. Working in the Life and Pensions Dept you will spearhead the improvement and maintenance of compliance and business processes whilst using both strong influencing and checking and balancing skills to ensure senior management abide to changes implemented. A medium element to the role will be to operate consultatively for Projects carried out by the business covering your areas.
You will be / have:-
-Management exposure within a compliance function (Ideally Like and Pensions)
-Having held done a similar role
-Ideally exposed to change management
-Exposure of team and personal development
